Point Schedule for Border Collies

The point schedule shows how many Border Collies are needed to get points at a show. Points are only awarded to Winner’s Dog (WD) and Winner’s Bitch (WB). Best of Winners (BOW) gets the highest number of points available in that breed, regardless of sex. To get the title of Champion, a dog must be awarded 15 points. The dog must also get two majors under two different judges. In order to get a major, you must get 3 or more points at a single show. You can generally ask the steward how many points you got, if you win WD, WB, or BOW.
