Thank you for your interest in acquiring an Omegan Border Collie.  Please fill out the questionnaire below so that we can get to know you, and get an idea of what you are looking for.  Once we receive your questionnaire, we will contact you to discuss your answers, and update you on our breeding plans.  Please be aware that we breed very few litters, so we may not have puppies available very often.  In most cases we can either recommend another breeder, or a rescue to help you find the perfect dog.
